eBay is a online auction and shop at the same time because people can buy all their good online without having to walk to the shop and also they can bid for the goods and do a auction.
the target audience would be people who want to sell items on eBay and who want to buy items of eBay

there are some advantages of eBay
1. the things are much cheaper than what you would buy in a shop.
2. because it more easy for customers to shop they dont have to walk to the shops there is a chance that more customers will be using eBay rather than walking it to the shops.

there are also some disadvantages of eBay
1. the things of eBay are most of the time second hand so they have been used before.
2. the time in delivery could take a long time as they have so much deliveries to be responsible
of.
3. if eBay start highing the prices of their goods they will loose customers and loos out on their money.
